1) General rule

Event registration fees are non-refundable once confirmed, except where this policy provides otherwise or where required by law. Our refund/return terms are presented before payment and must be agreed to at checkout. (Card networks/acquirers expect clear, pre-purchase refund disclosures.)

2) Organizer-initiated changes

  • Cancellation (no alternative date): Full refund to the original payment method.

  • Postponement or material change: We’ll offer (a) free transfer to the new date or (b) refund to the original method if you decline the change. (Network rules on refund processing & matching—issuers must support online refund authorizations; refunds must match original transactions.)

3) Participant-initiated requests

  • Medical emergencies: Submit proof before the event; we may offer a partial refund or single-use credit at our discretion.

  • No-shows / late arrivals / disqualifications: Not eligible for refunds.

4) Transfers & substitutions

Registrations are non-transferable unless a specific event page offers a managed transfer window.

5) Processing timeline

Approved refunds are submitted promptly; your bank’s posting time varies. (Acquirers commonly require that refunds credit back to the original method and that timelines are disclosed pre-sale.)

6) Chargebacks

If you dispute a transaction with your issuer, we may provide evidence including your acceptance of these policies. Clear refund disclosures help prevent unnecessary chargebacks.
